I am a 15 year old sophomore. I have already had an offseason derailed by this injury last winter and I had it come back at the end of the summer (but it was only a few days before I ended up getting in an accident on my bike and breaking my arm and injuring my knee, which cost me like half of my cross season) I am starting my next offseason and I am committed to the sport but I have noticed that I am prone to the injury and it has hindered my improvment in the past. What should I do to prevent the injury?
