The final drive of the Bills-Vikings 4th quarter was nuts. With the Bills up 4 pts Caesars Palace stood to lose massive amounts of cash. Then a slew of ridiculous ref shenanigans to try and turn the game to the Vikings, and when the Bills stopped then on the 1/2 yard line it appears they just put the call in to Josh Allen's headset to drop the ball in the end-zone and give the Vikings the touchdown. Now Caesars wins like they are supposed and Josh Allen gets to deal with it by crying on national TV after realizing he was just forced by Roger Badell to throw game. Goodell needs to be removed from the league before this gambling nonsense ruins the sport forever if it has not already.

Don't get me start on what happened with the Eagles this evening. The above scenario was blatant and in every fans face and ESPN even gets away with detailing the motive. Ridiculous.

I don’t follow it, but have they started betting somewhere(?) on college athletics? If so, is it limited to things like Bowl Games and March Madness, or does it even extend to college Div I cross-country?

Every aspect of most sports can now have bets placed on it in Vegas. The NFL directly receives over $1 Billion annually from Caesar's Palace. It is getting blatant and sad. Roger Goodell is a disgrace to modern sport.

Bills had 12 men on the field late in the game and refs missed it. Do you believe you saw holding on a play or two? So what. Refs have to keep the game moving. Can't call holding every play.

I saw this loss tonight coming a mile away but it's not about gambling it's about that RGIII Curse.

Let me break it down....

RGIII had a great rookie season, was Rookie of the Year and it was looking as if here was another stud QB going to have a long studly career. The guy was selling everything how many TV commercials did this guy have? As we know his career went......KAPLUNK! Look at Dak Prescott another cat who will say anything just pay him, this guy isn't worth no 40 mill a season, he's a midde of the packer. Baker Mayfield is in how many commercials, now he's on the bench. Josh Allen is now doing commercials, he's starting to lose games, who did I see today in a tv commercial.....Jalen Hurts, who finally lost tonight, yep Jalen Hurts. Aaron Rodgers does commercials, look at his game. We see Russell Wikson doing some tv stuff how is his game now? Kyler Murray does that Heisman House stuff, now he's hurt.

I started noticing the minute we start seeing a guy doing tv commercials, here comes that RGIII Curse. Derek Carr does TV spots look at his career. We see Nick Saban trying to sale insurance, look at Alabama since those commercials. Look at Matthew Stafford and his head coach doing commercials, what is that Rams record? Stafford is hurt.

Only one who appears immune to the curse is Patrick Mahomes.......so far.

Antonio Brown did commercials, now look at where he's at, yep real bad case of that RGIII Curse.

That is not what I am talking about. Bills were up by 4 and made the stop at the 1/2 and ended the game. Caesars would have lost massive amounts of cash with a Bills +4 win; then in the very next play the Bills drop the snap in the endzone and the Vikings landed on the ball for a touchdown. Did you even watch the game; what random holding call are you talking about? They had to have had Allen throw the game....it is the only thing that makes sense. Read the article before commenting more.

I am saying I believe the league is now demanding certain players throw games to appease Caesar. This scenario can't be explained in any other sensical way.

The entire sport and league is going to blow up if this gets much worse and someone spills the beans. Goodell needs to go; it was bad when it just seemed he was just pushing ref crews to guide the outcome here and there.

That is a good point. The owners are all making big money from Caesars. I still have no plan to stop demanding Goodell be removed.
