Curious if anyone has thoughts? Hopefully this works out for her. She has some great training partners for the shorter, speed work, and certainly for the longer 10k and up distances

Wow!
How many teams has she been on recently? Hope it isn’t a personality problem that she brings to the Boss team.
Didn’t she have a problem training at altitude with BTC? how is this going to be different as team boss lives at altitude

Probably freedom from the stupid, inflexible mileage that BTC dispensed will be the biggest difference.
This move makes sense. The group is full of women around thirty, and it has a proven transition program for moves to marathon and road racing when she's done with the track. I'm happy for her, and her personality seems to fit the general positive team spirit reflected in the Bossbabes.
mostly due to overtraining, not altitude itself.

Exactly. She did altitude in Flag with Molly and Jon.

My thought is that this is the group she should have joined after BTC rather than John Green. I know she made the team in the 5k but she has said in multiple interviews that she and Max wrote her training for the 5k bc Green didn't have her doing enough speed work.
Terrible move on her part, she will hate it there. She's way too nice and outgoing for the Boss B_____s. Miss cold burn will smile in her face and stab her in the back in a heartbeat.
Say it ain't so Emily!?!?

Emily Infeld is actually one of the nicest runners.

What are talking about?? Do you know these women personally? Every interview I've listened to points to the fact that Emma C. brings out the best in those around her. Emma B. seems humble and very sweet. I've briefly met Katie and she's lovely.
Some people have been posting some very mean things about both Emily and Emma so I deleted them and am moving this thread to registration only. If you want to post the mean things again, go ahead but at least have the guts to post them under a registered screen name.
ily rojo <3 good move
Who all is on the team? I know Coburn and Bates are there but that's all I know off the top of my head. Do they have a stronger women's team than BTC now?
Good move. A far better fit than BTC due to a lot more variety in training partners. It also helps not to be associated with a team that is tainted by a doping scandal.
