October Recap
Running: 156 miles. I was sick 2 weeks out of this month. I had 2 races where I set new bests. A 5k (23:57) and a HM (1:55:42).
Weight: 145.1
November Goals:
Running: I have a 5k on Nov 19th, a 2 mile Turkey Trot, and another 5k on Nov 26th. Hopefully I can just keep whittling down my times. There won't be any age group stuff on the 5ks. There will for the Turkey Trot but that's a larger race so it might be hard to win my age group.

2nd 80 (me)
Just 3 more races with a chance to beat her. I'm volunteering at the next race, hopefully as the bike lead. I went out and got a "cheap" cycle. lol. Wasn't cheap at all. Cheapest one they had though.
The 2023 mileage goal for the year is starting to seem a little out of reach bc of those 2 sick weeks. Currently need 476.2 in two months. lol
Weight: To lose ANYTHING.
I fell again last Tuesday and my right palm is horrible. Hurts all day long. I still have a bunch of phlegm and chest tightness from the cold last week. I haven't been taking any medication other than the day of the HM bc I knew I wouldn't be able to breathe for the race.
Other: I did go lift 4 days this month. Not much but better than I have been doing.
