He retired from teaching a long time ago.
Any predictions on when he will do so from coaching?

He is like 67 now. Probably about 5 more years.
I competed against his guys when Coach C. was a junior high school T&F coach.
How have Stillwater alums done in college in general?
Very, very good.
Quite awhile ago they had 4 guys go onto run sub 4 in the mile, I beleive Blankenship was the 4th, maybe 5th?
Is he comfortable handing off the reigns to someone else? Wayzata's Bill Miles coached from the late 70s until a few years ago, handed off program to Coach Popp, who's Dad won a few state titles in Willmar. Bill still attends most Wayzata meets, such an outstanding program they have, nothing but respect.
Maybe an Assistant coach would be someone to hand the reigns off too
Yeah only if he's comfortable doing that, like Miles was with Popp. Perhaps he's still hanging on because he's healthy and wants to hand off program smoothly.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
