Last time I saw monster drops in times and performances that used to be considered extraordinary become routine is back when EPO entered the sport.
What's everyone on now? How long until someone leaks it out to the press?

What's the fastest clean marathon? I think a 203 is doable on a fast course with the Nike super shoes. Anything faster is probably fairy tales let's be real though. You think the record holders and takers are miraculously clean and beating all the PED induced times? Come on now.
Lizard blood. You can run faster for longer without overheating.
Pebax
Whatever it is, no one's getting caught. It's a circus out there.
I find it fascinating that every day another elite Kenyan runner is suspended for PED use, yet no Ethiopians. A bizarre set of circumstance or a truly amazing coincidence.

If everyone was on some new wonder drug, 7:20, 3:26 and 7:53 wouldn't still be world records.
Anti-doping for the regular stuff has been lax enough to allow a soft-record chase. Hype makes it seem like all the records are being broken, there's no headlines saying "still 7:20" and such. Introduced cognitive bias
PES

Lizard blood doping has been around for absolutely yonks. Where you been all this time?
Still epo and steroids.
