My name is Dejen Gebreselassie, I have Represented Australia at World Half Marathon Champs in 2018.
So I have lost a bit of motivation in my running due to my Full Time work in construction Boat Building Company doing about 40 - 45 hours of work in 5 days.
I want you guys to give me some courage and motivation for my athletics again, I have been running again 12 weeks ago. I am currently in 14:30 - 14.10 5000m shape for track and sub 3:55 1500m.. just did 56s 400m last sunday to check the leg Speed. I need to get this 400m time down to 50.0 at least
My Previous PBs have been alright on the Road
been to world Half Marathon Championships and Commonwealth Games Half Marathon in Caediff 2018
