I have to be at work by 7 and always get up around 4:45-5:20 ish to do my runs. However since I eat dinner at like 6 the night before I can never run fasted for anything four miles or more. It’s one of those things where I could definitely tough it out but I feel anxious about getting lightheaded or dizzy while running outside in the dark. It seems safer in a way to have something to boost my blood sugar before. Does anyone have any ideas for a quick pre run snack about 15-20 mins before a run?
