Thanks for this info. Deena is a complete class act and role model beyond her stellar running. I have been fortunate to have met her a few times. I witnessed her gracious in "loosing" the 2007 Boston Marathon, when her running was on a roll but came in 5th that day. Then a year later in Boston, I saw her gracious in winning the Olympic Marathon Trials Marathon the day before the 2008 Boston Marathon. She cheered on the other women and embraced Magdalena Lewy Boulet and Blake Russell, who came in 2nd and 3rd.

Deena is one of my favorite runners of all time. I’ll never forget her emotional finish when she won the bronze medal in 2004. Such a fantastic moment.

Back when Deena was voted best female US runner ever and she was answering questions here from posters, she wrote:

"Running isn't comfortable most of the time, but gratifying all the time."

She's very impressive and I'm not surprised at all that she still runs great at 49.

So basically outside America she has a bronze medal. I think the answer to my question is yes.

People who are not totally ignorant of the sport are aware that one of her marathon wins was London, which I'm pretty sure is outside America, and she has two World XC silver medals both outside the US, and in minor stuff, a Diamond League 5,000 win at DN Galan.
