I was wondering if any one had any specific information on the type of training Krummenacker has been doing since he has been being coached by Luiz de Oliviera??
From reading articles it says he does heavy doses of plyometrics, active rest like pool training and backwards running.
Does anyone know where I can get specific information on Krummenacker's training? And also Luiz de Oliviera's training program??
