For over 100 years boxers have done sit-ups. Would you be willing to box a top 10 world ranked heavy weight boxer if you did (2 1/2 to 5) minutes a day of ab wheel instead of doing (200 to 2000) sit-ups a day as boxers have been doing for 100 years? Maybe you could get lucky. Use your ab wheel and box a man who boxes as did Mohammed Ali. Mohammed Ali only took head shots. In Ali's entire career, Ali never punched to the body.

This is a hilarious scene from the movie There's Something About Mary! HD quality - This is what kettlbell is NOT about :p. Stop looking for the magic exerci...
Nothing wrong with either exercise. The ab wheel is a great tool, and sometimes I try to veer to the left or right as I use it, just to emphasize different parts of the abdomen. But there’s nothing wrong with crunches, sit ups, L-sits on dip bars. Look for different ways to train, it’s all good.

This was unreadable
But you still felt like commenting. You don't understand boxing?

I hope everyone on this thread using ab wheel are a women or out the closet. This site is going down the drain if you so-called men use ab wheel. Jane Fonda and Kathy Smith used ab wheel in order to look seductive in their videos. The so-called men on this thread are pathetic.
Says the guy who probably uses Suzanne Somers' thigh machine.
I am not sure Jane Fonda or Smith used the ab roller. I don't think they had the strength to use it..

^This.
No, not "this." Since this is a running site, the exercises mentioned above are not specific to the running motion. Runners alternate certain ab muscles and obliques while running.
