It is an outpost of Potomac River Running, which is a well established (local) brand in northern Virginia, so she isn't exactly going alone. That said, I still buy from PR after relocating to Dallas 13 years ago.

Opening a Running Store requires 70-80 hours a week. How is she planning to continue to train and open a store?
