Congrats. I’m sure it’s nice just to line up and push yourself after a 15 year break.
How much training did you put in?

Greg and other Canadians...check out this Parkrun:
Sometimes just one finisher. Several times more volunteers than finishers. Why does the event exist? Why aren't you down there crushing the event?
This is greg's version of an opener, a pick-up line.
Maybe one day that can change, Canada is a nice country.
You're right, I should look for the easiest park runs. Good strategy.
Means he was a first timer.
Good job and nice time!
If they thought you had a problem with cannabis they included it.
not much
71 miles in the last 3 weeks of July, no running this month until today.
Did about 30 minutes stationary bike 3-4 days/week the last two weeks.
I would entertain meeting Lori aka Lolo Jones. Maybe hook up for a park run.
Or Ava Max she's awesome
Good job, Greg. Keep up the good work!
Lori's married. Check her insta.
Good for you for running in a race, Greg. Not too happy to hear that you bandited the race though. I am no fan of that behavior.

I didn't bandit it.
I am sure you are not aware of it but that old guy in your race 4:01 behind you, was a bad a s s ultrarunner in his good days.
this would only be impressive if you also smoke cigarettes.
Greg if you became a woman is there any chance you could become a contender? Like maybe at least compete in the Canada Olympic Trials?
I'm glad you ran a race and had fun! At the same time... You do realize it appears you basically said, "I would've beat the winner if I wanted to - I gave him the win, he didn't deserve it."... Right?
