What do you think about this type of training. I read last Time Fred Wilt How they Train and have in home Franz Stampfl book. I really think about start his training program from book for 5k runner. Its something like 3 x per week 15x400/400, 8x800 and one long steady run 10-12 Miles. Pace progress per month, so start 80s, and down it to 70s near season. Could it work, or i risk fast bornout or injury? What u think?
