Men’s - us naval academy will win. All scorers are still eligible
Mathias, Briggs, Bowers, Van Valkenburg, Rizzo, and Nelson are gone.
Boston will be competitive with Murphy (14:12), Mason (14:14), Malleck (3:42), Hammel (14:19), and Hannon (14:26).
The BU coach can't manage to have more than 2 running fast at any given time. He has to injure 3 to get 2 running fast. This isn't D3 anymore. If they figure it out, they can win.
Men - Army falls down to 3rd while BU and Navy have a close battle for the championship.
Women - BU falls down to 3rd or 4th after graduating everyone, Army puts 2 in the top 3 and surprises everyone for the team championship.
Battle for last place - Colgate and HC men, Loyola and AU women.
Boston's rosters are online, they will have a lot of 5th, 6th, and even 7th year seniors on their team. They return their entire men's top 5 plus others that ran fast in track (Aubry and Laudon will run as students). The Boston women will have a 7th year senior, a 6th year senior, and two 5th year seniors.
If Boston doesn't win both team titles, that's embarrassing for their coach.
thats a little exaggeration there bud, maybe on the womens side. If you actually follow the patriot league you know that both army and Navy are going to have sophomores and Juniors that come out of no where. Just looking at the results from last years patriots, Navy still wins handily returning the top 3 returners and top finishing freshman. Navy women might not be returning the top 3 like the men but they are still returning a very strong team.

On paper Navy should be the favorite this year, but shame on Boston for that. They can pull in top internationals and have 25 year old athletes on their team, they should be the favorite but their athletes do not improve much.

I predict American will be 10th. Might not even be able to have a 5 guys healthy by that time of the year.
Lehigh is also returning many top performers who can hopefully translate to some XC talent, I predict they will place second behind navy with BU in third.
Without Cantello as coach anymore, Navy is weak and soft. Cantello was real real tough and made his athletes real tough and fast because of how tough he was
