Ok so here's 210 on the smith machine for 3 reps. with one arm. The smith bar weighs 15 lbs so you subtract 30 from 210 to get 180 lbs of real weight with one arm..
Then right after this could only do 345 for 3 on squats.. Which is pretty much up there near a 3 rep PR for this body weight.. My 3 rep PR for squats at around 220lbs bodyweight is 360 for 3.
It's pretty funny how all that distance running and 400s from 1993 till 2015 didn't really mess up my upper body strength that much.
But also I could be wrong about that. I might have been at 460 for 3 reps on bench if I didn't do the distance. Still debating this.
