Is River to Sea Relay (NJ) done for good?

I also ran River to Sea, either twice or three times. It was put on a buy a guy named Mark Zenobia and the race organizing firm he operated. It's not been held for at least a few years. The format was really cool. 93 miles from Milford on the river, to Manasquan on the Jersey Shore. Somehow, they found quiet/safe roads to run on. All team members would provide their current 10K time and they would handicap the start times with the slowest team starting at 6 AM and the fastest team starting at 12 noon. Our team (BOC Group) won the race one year and it was always really cool because the fast teams were some of the fastest NJ/NY/PA runners and in theory all the teams would converge in Manasquan at about the same time and you all jump in the ocean
