With Warholm coming back from injury this race is even less predictable (amongst the top three, that is) than we could have expected coming into the season. All three looked great in the semis, Rai looked especially easy, and Warholm looked great running hard through 300 with allays some of the hamstring fears.
But Dos Santos has looked fantastic this entire year, and he is my pick to win. Calling 46.4
It's interesting that Warholm and Benjamin both have little niggles that they're contending with. I haven't seen too many races from Dos Santos, but if he is in good form, he may be the one to beat. If Benjamin's head is in it though, watch out!! I'm going for Benjamin, admittedly because he's the home team. I won't even guess at a time.
Dos Santos is your favorite. If Warholm can make it to finish, he could challenge.
My money says Dos Santos wins his first world gold tonight. It’s about time.
