Would not be surprised. My son recently tested positive for Covid with similar symptoms. My wife is starting to get similar symptoms but she tested negative this morning.

Stomach flu (gastroenteritis) aka food poisoning usually last no more than 48 hours. Fever, "both ends wild, extreme loss of energy/strenth and severe body aches.

Covid is all respiratory. Most people have mild symptoms or no symptoms at all. If you are among the few who have extreme symptoms you'll know it.

Get five or six more Covid boosters, don't you know anything?

COVID symptoms include GI tract issues for many and also deep fatigue. COVID also targets the cardiovascular system in quite a few patients and appears to impact brain function in some.

To say that COVID is purely respiratory is so far off. To insist that most have no or mild symptoms obscures the fact that it is a very unpredictable virus, and for many it is anything but mild. Long COVID is also long from being understood.

90% this is covid. Had basically same symptoms for newest omicron variant about 1.5 months back. Lighter than yours. But some seriously weird stuff. And the fatigue can last awhile. Don't push it, just rest and take it easy brotha.

Only 5-10% of covid patients experience diarrhea, and I'm one of them. That doesn't make it "common".

It's my understanding that omicron is more apt to give you GI issues than some of the other variants.

FYI, my son has experienced similar symptoms to the OP, my wife is experiencing symptoms but tested negative this morning and evening, and I, currently with out symptoms, just tested positive this evening after testing negative this morning.

I have no idea if it's covid, I will get tested tomorrow.

However I didn't have fever except for like 1 hour at the beginning, so that's why I'm hesitant to say it's covid.
