Red state covid policies have overwhelmingly trounced blue state covid policies. Good read here from @WSJ on state economies that we are talking about on @clayandbuck: https://t.co/uMbFFNptp4
This is bull. Economic trends post-pandemic really just picked up where they left off pre-pandemic. Red states have been doing better than Blue states because they have had cost of living/doing business advantages over the Northeast and CA. It is way cheaper to put a giant corporate campus or 10,000 house planned community in DFW or ATL than it is in San Fran or Boston.
So the best thing to do is live in a blue state but invest in companies in a red state …that way you can stay safe yourself and just sit back and watch the morons die of a preventable disease
Imagine needing Clay Travis to tell you that not having any business closures is better for the economy than taking measures to reduce virus positives/deaths.
Breaking: local conservative man only capable of evaluating politics as if it is a sporting event. "My team TROUNCED the other team! Take that! I don't care about people living or dying, I just care what the scoreboard says!"
A lot of people had to live near their offices in higher-tax and higher cost-of-living areas before the Pandemic. With more remote work opportunities, many of these people moved to cheaper areas where they could afford to own a home and pay lower taxes. It has nothing to do with COVID policies, and everything to do with the housing market and the evolving phenomenon of remote work.
You send all of your homeless to San Francisco on Greyhounds because you don't want to deal with them in your sterilized, culturally deficient red state suburbs. You also take their federal tax dollars because you're basically a bunch of racist, gun-toting bums.
The Lib$ just can’t handle defeat. The sorest losers of all time. Common sense has left this party long ago. Just bizarre whiny weirdos. The pu$$ification of America sadly. Soft - weak - cry babies. Grow a pair and be a man please.

Everything you said in that hilariously deluded rant goes double for right wingers today. Conservatives used to at least be respectable and pretend to take their job seriously; now they've regressed into attention-starved influencers who will perform any act of theater to get praise from the Grand Cheeto or the deranged wing of their base.

The demographic with the highest suicide rate is males 45-54. Maybe "growing a pair" and "not being a pu$$y" means bottling up your emotions and failing entirely to deal with them in a productive manner. Why would I take advice from objectively the most whiny, miserable demographic in existence?

Yeah, live in your crime ridden San Fransh-tsco and ignore the health hazards of preventable diseases piling up on your sidewalks.
DUDE i just LOVE the hustle and bustle of the big city, it’s so DYNAMIC and makes me feel like i’m in one of my favourite TV SHOWS. you should totally come on down to my studio apartment, it’s got EXPOSED RED BRICK walls and everything, we can crack open a nice hoppy ipa or three and get crazy watching some cartoons on adult swim! and dude, dude, DUDE, we have GOTTA go down to the barcade- listen here, right, it’s a BAR where us ADULTS who do ADULTING can go DRINK. How dare he quote that right wing rag of a publication known as the Wall Street Journal. They have no integrity. Utter trash. I only get my news from the Progressive or Mother Jones.
Let's also completely ignore that cumulative death rates from covid in red states generally dwarf those of blue states.
There is no such stat as "cumulative death rates from covid." The criteria for declaring a covid death were deliberately tampered with right from the start.
