I think Arop is the current Worlds favorite, but that doesn't mean a whole lot with how wide open it is. Zahafi and Burgin are unproven, but right there and big talents. Kinyamal has similar credentials to Arop but less consistency the last 2 years (though both have won DLs). Then you have Wanyonyi, Moula and Bol who have run really consistently, but haven't popped off super-fast times. Sedjati is a guy we don't know a ton about but has run 1:43.6 and just won the Mediterranean Games at 23 years old. Any of these 8 and Brazier/Korir winning wouldn't surprise me at all. Arop would be the least surprising to me if I had to pick.
Arop has been a front runner for years, which given his size probably makes the other runners feel like a cyclist following a cube van.
I've seen a couple of races where he hung back the first lap on coaches orders, it went well. I think he's gonna need that to get thru the rounds at Worlds and still be fresh in the finals.
Hardly does anything for him does it? Decent practice for the heats I guess. Likely goes into the World Championships now still with no idea if he still has the speed over 800.

Possibly…he beat 1:44.0 man at Kenyan Trials Elias Ngeny. His 800 form is murky though he ran slightly better in Stockholm though faded the last 100.

Like last year you predicted Korir was done and he became Olympic Champion...

Sounds about right, but why would you think that Brazier or Korir have any chance to win?
You are probably right but it’s hard to square Korir breaking 45 in the 400 with a 44.8 and not being able to do better than the 1:45.8 he ran in Stockholm. We’ll see, but perhaps he’ll have another level at Worlds.

44.8 is not necessary to run a 1:43. It's not even necessary to run a 1:40. As a matter of fact, it might be counterproductive, as it could mean that Korir has been disproportionally training more like a sprinter.
