Forget the vax, the big controversy now is that Fauci and the CDC are heavily pushing Paxlovid which DOES NOT WORK. They are pushing this because it's expensive and they make more money off of it. There are much cheaper treatments that work better.

"rolling back" a Constitutional right found never to have existed. It's not the Supreme Court's job to find rights where they don't exist. If you want it, amend it or legislate it. Of course, legislation can be "rolled back" by new legislation. Although, I suppose a legislated "right" to abortion if "rolled back" would still be available to those men and women fortunate enough to have been born while the legislation was in effect.
