I’m about to hit the big 30 and want to know what you implement in your everyday routine to stay a certified beauty as you age
what can I start doing right now to help?

Must have a serious weight training program/system. That and work on that cardio conditioning. It should be who/what you are not something you do.
100% commitment to your body, if you do that everything else will fall into place.
Personally I work at "me" five days a week, very serious about this. Sat/Sun ya take off and do whatever.
Perhaps try to die young?
Children, wear sunscreen…
That will actually go a long way toward helping I think. I started late in the game because I have generous skin, but it will help. Likewise a hat when you can help it. Sadly though, I struggle to come up with better advice than genetics and leading a low-stress life.
I cut way back on my drinking after 30, which means 1-2 a night generally. I do believe the studies that alcohol ages you (I like to joke it preserves you) but I think as long as it’s not disrupting sleep patterns you might be in a safe zone. I also eat lots of candy and sweets, but most of my meals are made at home and under the auspices of relatively natural ingredients.
Still, can I say it again, genetics?
This. Be serious *now* about using sunscreen consistently.
Regular and adequate (i.e. more than most do) sleep is also hugely beneficial.
Beyond that, Satchel's rules still apply:

sunscreen. use the stuff with zinc or whatever in it.
vitamin c serum
retinol
minoxidil
work out moderately. lift weights. run. moderately. you decide what moderate means. It definitely doesn't mean training at world champion levels...
ignore politics and people like the guy who gave the first response, but be happy that there are people out there raging, from both sides. they keep the world somewhat honest.
It's in my genetics.
I know the zinc sunscreens are best but I just cannot use them.
They sit on top of my skin and I look like a ghost, ridiculous really. I also have to scrub to get them off.
Am I using the wrong kind?

I'm 37. A lot of guys my age are going for the thinning hair look, and I have to say, it just isn't a good look on the vast majority of guys. I've elected to keep a head of flowing, thick hair. Makes me look 10 years younger than these male pattern baldness knuckleheads.
Don't go for this stupid hair loss trend. It's like a tattoo sleeve: the fact that it's popular doesn't mean it doesn't look stupid.
Fruits and Vegetables
I don't drink, smoke or use any other drugs. Take care of your liver, heart and kidneys and you'll look revitalized.
Don't smile (but be happy). Helps with wrinkles. I'm naturally not a smiler, and I look incredible at 56.
Very, very simple:
Do everything in moderation.
Pray for good genes.
Less sodium, alcohol, and screen time. More sleep and passionate lovemaking. Some cannabis. Daily exercise. Play music.

Eat better. Learn to cook and learn to understand food labels.
The earlier you learn to eat healthier, the more healthy you live will be.
Eat primarily beef or lamb (at least a pound/day), omega-3 fish, eggs and use butter and tallow for cooking. Fruit in season, or at least as a dessert/snack, not a meal.
Get in the sun throughout the year without sunscreen (most are carcinogenic) and develop a nice healthy deep glowing tan. If you do long hard physical work in the sun, or go out on water/snow, as you should, cover up sensibly but keep the tan no matter what.
Lifting is great but comes naturally from living right and having the energy and desire.
Get around people with good energy of all ages and remember the best test enhancer is attractive women held close.
