When I look at the current Pro teams I see a lot of drama and unhappy teammates in many teams. Here is my current list of teams that seem happiest with their current situation to least happy. This has nothing to do with achievements. Just team camaraderie.
1. Ritz although a couple departures seem like teammates like each other
2. Hansons seems to be a good team since the departure of Linden in 2018.
3. Mark Coogan no red flags in a couple years.
4. Amy Begley athletes improve and respect each other
5. Richey Hansen a few departures but that may just be Boulder kids
6. Ben Rosario major departures.
6. Jerry Schumacher bad break with a positive drug test and many departures
7. Pete Julian seems to have lost the magic since Alberto left.
8. Danny Mackey drama follows this group everywhere
8. Lee Troop my way or the highway only works for a few Boulder brats
9. Scott Simmons have not heard one athlete speak highly of this coach
10. Mark Carrol lost the entire women’s team a year ago because of horrible team culture and men are alway hurt.
