I have very little money and thus I keep my caloric intake low to save on expenses.
I am 5'11'' and intake just enough kcal to maintain 135lb. I have suspended running for now due to the unnecessary caloric demands, but I still walk 30-minutes per day to maintain health.
I track macronutrients and micronutrients closely and strategically select a combination of certain nutrient dense foods to make sure that I am not deficient in anything. Note that my caloric intake is low, but I am NOT malnourished.
Nearly everyone as poor as me is morbidly obese, wasting the little money that they have on food. Their belly being constantly full makes them fat, happy, complacent, non-competitive, and inevitably doomed to remain in poverty.
Humans are MEANT to starve when they have few resources and this starvation sends a signal to their brain to get aggressive, ugly, sharp, and competitive. The impoverished obese need to be taught this.
