Is there anything in here that a normal person could disagree with?

Why is this "uh-oh"?
Rut-roh!!
Yeah, that was a good funny segment (with the audience uncomfortably laughing as usual), but from what I know of your previous posts, I’d probably be pretty uncomfortable finding myself laughing at the same thing as you.
Thank you for posting this clip. Great points were brought up. I think any parent that allows a child before the age of 18 to become trans is guilty of child abuse. After that I don't care what you are just don't compete in a event not assigned to your birth gender.
Bill Maher I used to not like too much. But he is the one Liberal who dares to speak the truth. He doesn't care anymore and doesn't need to toe the company line. Liberals as a whole are cowards and never will disagree with the accepted doctrine. He does it and does it in spades and just a joy to view.
Yeah, back when Close Encounters came out suddenly the crazy folks all swore they were seeing aliens, now it's "I'm a tranny" or worse yet " My kid's a tranny."
Imagine what it must be like to be a regular ol run of the mill gay now days. Nobody cares or finds it shocking. You're expected to find a partner and get married just like everyone else. In order to really draw attention to yourself now you have to completely change your sex!
Bill Maher: "I don’t understand parents who won’t let their 9-year old walk to the corner without a helmet, an epi-pen and a GPS tracker, and God forbid their lips touch dairy products; but they’re fine with hormone blockers and genital surgery. Talk about a nut allergy!”
Who needs comedy when you have reality to laugh at?
When I was in HS in the 80s, there was only one kid in the entire school who was out of the closet. There were many more who were obviously gay or lesbian but were closeted. Being nonbinary was not even an option back then. Today, the school, which is a private school, has LGBTQ student groups and a chapter of the gay-striaght alliance.
Maher's piece plays into right wing religious extremists views that LGBTQ people are deviants who choose their "lifestyle" much in the same way someone would choose to cheat on their spouse or to watch porn. The idea that children can be "groomed" into becoming LGBTQ is entirely based on the notion that being LGBTQ is a choice that people make and not who they really are.
"Really? Abortion rights affects gay and trans people more than, you know, breeders?"
Was absolute comedy gold.
Maybe those people feel like they shouldn't exist and that's why abortions should be more accessible?
I'm not sure why you think a cheater or a porn addict is not who they really are.
There should be no stigma for choosing to be a gay or lesbian. With the guys on this site, I'd be a lesbian too.
Was it funny or is he still lame?
You really don’t think that if I take a 5 year old boy and tell him he is gay every day for 10 years that he won’t be gay?
You are more delusional or dishonest than I though. I’m just not sure which one it is.
WHO DID THIS TO YOU??!
male is a male unless 100% proven otherwise. A HS girl should only be running against girls.
The popular thing at my daughter's high school is to be non-binary "they". You don't have to commit to anything or admit anything about your sexuality, but you can still be vaguely different and troubled.

The idea is that the same logic used to (probably) overturn Roe v Wade will also be used to overturn Obergefell v. Hodges (legalized gay marriage) and Lawrence v. Texas (legalized gay sex), so it's a valid concern. Of course the same thing would apply to Griswold v. Connecticut (legalized contraception), which would impact breeders more.

+1. Maher used to be unbearably left wing. He’s a lot more moderate and pragmatic now, very thoughtful and funny. Used to dislike him and now find myself agreeing with most of what he says.
