too little entries on the women's 5000m
Carlsbad 5000 is this weekend.
* too few entries....
Most of the top 5k women either just ran a 5k at the Sound Running meet, or they are running the 10k USA Championships next week.
The men's and women's 800m and 1500m races are going to be fantastic, as is the men's 3000m steeplechase. They strangely added in men's and women's TJ and HJ events, but at least the women's TJ has Orji and the HJ has Cunningham.
Anybody know what the paces next to Hocker, Teare, et al, are? I'm assuming those are requested paces and they're not flying to Mt. Sac to rabbit 3k of 13:20 5k?
They’re both racing other events before the 5000 so they may just be pacers in it
They likely are pacing. Cooper is racing the 800 and Cole is racing the 1500m....they're just pacing to do a little workout basically
Does anyone have a way to free stream this thing? I'd love to watch as I'm trying to get into following the sport but $13 to watch is pricey.
How do you watch USATFTV on your actual TV?
anyone?
Guy sitting in front of his laptop wondering if Cooper Teare can break 1:45
That might be the funniest thing I've heard all week.
Also, Lex Young is a junior in High School. Have they ever let a junior compete in an event like this before?
You cast it from the device where you stream it
Bedtime here on the east coast. Thanks USATF!
Answer no. If he breaks 1:45, he will medal at Worlds this year.
