What would you do? Report? Not report and breakup/ tell her to end it? Not report, stay together, tell her to end it? Do you consider cheating on you with a female as cheating if they wouldn’t want to be in a relationship with a female?
Age of consent is 16 in Pennsylvania.

No I wouldn't care too much but I would be mad and somewhat relieved for the sense of closure. I would probably go straight to the strip club and celebrate while simultaneously drinking away the pain.

The article says the husband did freelance work for the music department. Depending on the terms of that work he may be a mandatory reporter. So, if didn't rat on the two-timing (in more ways than one ;) wife, he may have been answering to a judge.
