I'm entering my base phase for XC and will be doing some threshold intervals tomorrow. I will be doing 8x1k, with 45 seconds rest. My threshold pace is around 3:50/k. Should I do all the repeats at 3:50, or should I start slower (4:00) and slowly progress to 3:40?
