Ok, so I have my last indoor meet on Feb 26. So far I've run for 2.5 weeks after taking 4 days off after XC, at about 60 miles right now with cross training everyday after running(either swimming or biking). I'm just running easy now, and I need a good plan to run a fast 1600 starting in mid February....when should I incorporate tempos? V02Max? What should be my peak milage(I'm planning to hit 80 and stay there for a few weeks). Thanks for the help.
