I am looking for a training guide to help me improve my running form and speed and give me some guidance on strength training (I run marathons and 50k's). I came upon the new book "Run Strong" on amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/073605362X/ref=ord_cart_shr/104-0565338-2060760?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&v=glance&n=283155) but don't want to purchase it without some feedback from those who have read it. If you know, I would appreciate info on how it compares to Daniels Running Formula?
