I have been in the pool/bike for about a week nursing another injury and have developed an achilles pain in my left achilles. The weird thing is I developed the pain after a pool run! I never had any problem before I began cross training. Also, it only really hurts when I pinch it, and never when I walk around or anything. My other injury is gone and I am planning on practicing today with the team.
My question is...why did I develop it from a pool run?why does it only hurt when I pinch it? and finally, do you think working out on it will really make it worse?
