I believe Teare is pacing the 5000 and would not be surprised if Hocker is pacing the 15. Now, obviously Reed Brown would be the pick over Wisner right, but assuming he needs to get his qualifier I guess…

They should swap out West for Reed Brown to make it a world record attempt instead of a world best attempt. Maybe West was saving himself for the race tonight, but he ran 3:43 and Brown ran 3:36. You could also argue that Brown would be tired from his 3:36 but he’s run mile prelims/finals before and backed-up fine. Plus the super spikes would help save his legs a bit.
