Tinman,
Think about this a bit more carefully. There are 3 plans presented that are similiar. All three have about 50 mpw of volume, including around 6K of speed at 1500 pace. That's actually a very small amount of speed volume. 14:30 off the amount of volume is very good, but 2:04/4:10(1500) isn't, and I'd guess that there isn't enough stimulus on the speed side, so what you have is 50 mpw.
Anaerobic capacity speed and anaerobic capacity training can be different; It depends on the rest interval. I have no doubt that 20X200 @75% with 45-60 sec rest like Coe, done every day, would break down anyone, but 4X150 + 600 might be different, depending on the rest interval. Consider the following:
10X200 in 30
Some here might call this a "workout" that can't be replicated every day, but if you're a sprinter with 21 second 200 speed and the rest interval is 2 minutes (1:4 work/recovery ratio), that is a rest day. So, yes, you can do this if the recovery is sufficient, but I doubt that you can improve by doing it long term. If the "speed" is done fast enough with small enough rest to provide enough stimulus to improve, doing it every day is not enough rest interval.
