ZAP has closed their facility and not brought in any new athletes in over 2 years.

In Japan alone, you can more than double this number. Probably at least triple.

OTC definitely does not have housing.
Not sure with Dark Sky and whether or not everyone receives free housing and a shoe deal.

Tbh I don't know any team that provides medical coverage beyond just a physio. USATF gives some athletes insurance coverage but that isn't the same as a team doing that.

BAA has like 2 pro athletes left in that group and I highly doubt they provide housing

Impossible to define. I fully fund my two children in theor continued pursuit of professional running so I guess they meet the OP's criteria. There are ao many varying degrees of professional running.
