More than one HIMARS rocket type means varying blast characteristics. If “blast experts” were really conducting thorough and impartial review, that would have been considered and mentioned.

British Intelligence promotes their interest. They are not tasked to disseminate facts to the public - and do so only when it suits them. A link to a news article was provided in which the propaganda role for British Intelligence is acknowledged.
For both, there is abundant bias requiring their content be closely considered for accuracy and omission. This is not to say dismissed altogether.
