25 female. I started running at the beginning of COVID and have almost no race experience, so I have a hard time gauging where I’m at based on my workouts.
Tonight’s workout - 5 x 1 mile on a rolling hill course: 6:02, 5:57, 6:06, 6:04, 6:01. 2 minutes 50 seconds rest.
