The OP is just parroting a Peter Schiff tweet from earlier this morning. I will respond by stating that this is typical conservative Boomer horseshat - attack the packaging but ignore the substance.

I have far more respect for Zelensky's optics, wartime leader, staying in the capital, dressing like those that are defending the country, as opposed to Putin being in a suit and tie but seemingly afraid to allow his top generals/cabinet members to sit within 20 feet of him.

The thing is, if it was true- then it is a big deal that his infrastucture is that obliterated and he only has access to t shirts.

You've got it backwards. People are so impressed with what real leadership looks like that the president of France has started trying to imitate Zelensky's wardrobe.

The problem isn't Zelensky wearing a T-shirt. It's congressmen wearing suits like it's business as usual.

It would look pretty dumb if a sea of Congressional geriatrics showed up to work dressed like Middle America tourists though, no? I think they're wise to stick to the suits.
