He's running about 60 miles a week, most of it around 7 minute pace, and his coach just has him running plenty of threshold work with occasional specific speedwork. Nothing huge. His coach seems to know and appreciate the importance of longevity, so doesn't have him doing too much.

He's a major, major talent.
