It means she likes you enough to ask you to go for a run. That's all. So, if you like her, that's a good sign. Go for a run with her. What do you have to lose?
Just don't be a dumb*** and try to show her up and go faster or further than she's comfortable with. Go at an easy pace, conversational for both you and her, and see where it goes. Don't over think it. It's just a run.

Pro tip: find a run with a couple of obvious ‘viewpoints’, where she can stop and catch her breath. Running makes them less crazy, fitter, more energetic, want to bang more often. It’s to be encouraged..
Don’t be a d-bag and push anything. Play it cool. Talk, maybe get food after? Bring an extra water and food for after the run. You are very likely friend-zoned. If she brings up another dude just enjoy the company and don’t do it again and skip lunch.

Did you two met before? How exactly the invite sound? If she just invited you for a run and you assume is a date you will have unrealistic expectations. Be prepared for different scenarios and if she is not a serious runner do not keep talking only about your PRs, races, etc.
Be prepared to run really slow with a lot of stops/walking.
