That is not allowed. The law protects girls by prohibiting males to compete against them. It also prohibits the use of drugs which is what you are describing. A female who takes testerone to become male, is allowed to compete in the male category.

From what I can find she had one.
Also find no evidence re: loss of right to vote after 2nd dui in Iowa.
As far as rule changes -- she made one and it makes sense.
On Wednesday, Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds (R) signed an executive order that immediately restored voting rights to former inmates who have completed their sentences.
