Some people are saddened when the attackers of underaged foreign girls die.

These people have an uncanny ability to commit suicide precisely at the time when when the guards are sleeping AND the surveillance systems are “broken.”

At least Jamin is consistent. He always looks to justify the behaviors of anyone that is wealthy. In his mind, making huge amounts of money is all that matters. Do you have the statistics for suicides in French prisons? That would be more relevant in this case.
Apparently, the suicide rate in French prisons is among the worst in Europe which is somewhat suprising. Although this might just mean France tracks in better than many other countries.
