It’s typical warhurst training.
long hill repeats, though I’m sure Willis to old to kill himself on it… And his intervals are usually… if guess just steady tempo effort bc of his age I doubt he can go to the well so many times….
tempo runs before ladder but downs and intervals of ladders that go up and then back down to original interval distance.
if u can actually find a copy of SUB4 read it I’m so old I can remember when Willis and Brannen both kept a wkly log on an old site called trackshark. I printed off all their logs I have them somewhere.
