I don't expect him to be competitive, but I'm definitely looking forward to see what he does.

I didn't hear him say he's going to quit it. At the 2:10 mark, he says he's still deciding what event he's going to do. He's not fit enough for the 5000 so what other options does he have - only the 800.
lol "time heals" is a classic line delivered by guilty people
This is well known in criminology

2:20 - 2:35 He says he's thinking of running a different race because he's "done enough in the 1500" and "there's no medal that I do not have in the 1500". And "I'm trying to gauge and see which event I'm going to run ahead of the trials". He's essentially saying he's done with 1500.
The most interesting part for me is when he talks about his sessions and says at 2:08 he feels "the move is still there", meaning his body feels the same? I'll believe this when I see it.
An even better interview. Says he lost all his friends and got shunned by other athletes; doesn't expect to be invited to many races but will make the ones he runs special; became an alcoholic; weighed 78kg (172 pounds) at his heaviest; and his father helped him get back by encouraging him to go on long runs without a watch.
I can't wait.
Also, he insists he holds no grudge against those who turned their backs, but I detect some serious rancour there, especially since he keeps bringing it up. Asbel is planning to stomp on his former friends.
He looks fantastic, though.

At least he still has you to tuck him into bed at night.
It's hard to tell with Kenyans, even fake ones. For example you said you were never going to post again.
As much as I don't want a doper coming back to the sport, I can't help but wonder how well he will do.
Doping apologist. Pathetic

I'm waiting the future "improved sport" without "dirty runners".
Recall me in 10 years to see how the trace of almost 40 years of tracks & field history will be wiped by the new generation of clean runners. (*)
(*) and for the good sake of sport, there will be no money around the new changes.

Well, who wants to have a drug cheat, not to mention a stubborn liar who never admitted anything, as a friend?
Certainly no clean athlete or anyone who cares about a clean sport.
Too bad he wasn't consistent and locked himself up in prison.
He should come to america and compete in the NCAA
F**k this cheater. No thanks.

LOL.
He probably knows how much epo it took to be run that fast at 1500 and now he’s afraid to do it clean
Is he the exception? Or is he the norm?
I know what my guess is.
