Olympics: FIVE women ski jumpers get disqualified for not wearing ski-tight outfits!

Men have clothing rules too. In a sport where aerodynamics is everything, clothing absolutely has to be closely governed. If it wasn't, folks would be up there in squirrel suits.

Lol you have no idea what you are talking about. They are wearing a loose suit to make a bigger sail, to jump longer. There are rules against this for both women and men as its obviously ludacris to allow people look like flying squirrels rather than even the playing field.

From that article, it looks like it was almost all Germans doing the complaining. No one takes their complaints seriously since the events of the last century.

So, why not check the outfits before hand? Tightness is a subjective decision. Did you know that clothes stretches out with use ... like practicing before hand, and doing stretching exercises?

What is odd is that they apparently used the same suits in earlier competition. Why were they okay then?

I doubt it. The two countries were co-axial in WWII, but I doubt she felt the need to disguise herself as a German for purposes of crying.

Why did you claim that almost all the complainers were German when the main photo is not of a very upset Japanese?

They should all lodge protests against such a subjective decision that is absolute. They were not allowed to change, and the "decision" makers failed to account for clothes stretching out as they practice and stretch before they compete.

It also winds up that the evicted competitors competed this weekend in the same suits and no questions were raised.
