I'm finding it tough to continue my running plans when ~2/3 of days are >80 AQI. Has it always been this bad in the winter here? What are your personal cut-offs for running in AQI? Mine was 150 for easy runs and 100 for workouts, until thick dark snot came out of my nose the day after threshold in 90 AQI. Now it's 100, 70.
Just can't seem to catch a break here. Smokey fire season in the summer and fall, winter heating pollution in the winter... The only good season is spring? Tried going to both crunch and planet fitness last year who claimed to have good air quality when subjectively both felt worse than the outside. Are there any good gyms with quality PM 2.5 air filters? Asking for when mask mandates go away...
