Yes in certain situations. Largely no.
Boston.
Yes. Ridiculous, but I am not expecting it to last much longer.
70/30 no mask to mask.
Yes. Prob about 80%.
Live in Illinois.
All kids 2 yrs or older wear them in daycare and/or schools.
In Canada, masks are still required in workplaces/job sites and all indoor public spaces.
More recently, single-layer fabric masks are no longer acceptable.
In Sweden, I've only worn them to see a doctor. They were recommended on public transit, but I don't think that was ever followed too closely. All covid restrictions will be dropped next week.
I wear a mask at the gym, shopping, public transit, and other indoor areas with large groups of people. You'd be foolish not.

Yes, Columbus is very blue. Thanks Ginther.
I honestly have no issues with masks in certain areas where it's legit congested and wall to wall people (hospitals, nursing homes, dentist offices, salons and airplanes) but other areas--it's more safety theater at that point.

I figure Boston would be tough. Over Christmas I went there to visit relatives and we went into a bakery in Medford. We were masked, but I noticed the atmosphere.
They were very strict: No mask, no service, and wrote signs to make you feel guilty/shamed if you weren't masked.
Yes, where legally required indoors. Some people wear them while outside, but that doesn't trigger me.
yes, but I hope by March we no longer have to simply for the annoyance factor.
Yes all day every day. Police issue $200.00 tickets for non-compliers.
I went to the DMV yesterday and was surprised it was about 60% with masks. Grocery store is more like 35-40%.

Boston, Brookline and Salem require vaccination to dine indoors at a restaurant. Other cities and towns in the area are not implementing similar policies despite initial enthusiasm when the Boston Mayor announced her plan.

as they should.
Being too selfish and weak to wear a mask indoors in public during a pandemic is a selfish, shameful thing.
Small city in central California. I believe there is a statewide indoor mask mandate, but not enforced locally. At my gym, staff are masked but only about 25% of members are. At my supermarket, maybe 75% masked shoppers. At my workplace (a university), 100%--they are very strict.
