It's not clear to me if she's part of the OAC or if Ritz is coaching her. The press release is worded weirdly.
So if you know if Ritz is coaching her, please let me know. I believe she's been coached by Ricky Simms.
Here is the full press release.

Holy smokes
PS. What are the odds she ultimately becomes a US citizen?

I hope she does
Ask and you shall receive, Rojo.
I reached out to Ritz and Steve DeKoker, who is On's head of sports marketing. For now, Obiri is still being coached by Ricky Simms. DeKoker said she will "likely" be coached by Ritz once she and her family are able to fully settle in Boulder, but there are currently some visa issues that still have to be sorted out for her whole family to head with her to Boulder.
Ritz told me: "We are very excited to have Hellen come to Boulder and the team. Ricky is still coaching her for the time being until she gets to Boulder in the coming months. Still working on that as it's a big move with her family but I am so excited to have her with On and the OAC."
I see that she is a mom. Is this the new special training method to take women to the next ‘Thon level?

This is such a deeply weird, creepy post
Likely will do more training with Edna instead of the On team.
You're obviously not following the latest trend in women's running. Allyson Felix, Keira D'Amato, and other 'Birthing People' now are getting special recognition for this quality to share to enhance their athletic performance. It's a new phenomenon even though this aspect of the human species is as old as the oldest profession.
What's really creepy is you singling out my post, which makes you creepy!

No, your post was weird. This just made it even weirder.
If she lives and trains in America she is an American and her performances are American.

what is weird about it? are you new here?
Women athletes with children - strong, courageous. dedicated, capable multitaskers, "doing it all with style and grace"
Women athletes without kids - bold, feisty, free spirited, ambitious, "get it, girl!"
Male athletes - socially awkward, goofy, trying too hard to be masculine, "I'm as alpha as ball sports dudes! Really!"
Welcome to the current perceptions around domestic distance runners. The gentlemen have a marketing problem to overcome. The ladies are far better at building a personal brand image and interacting with the fan base. They become likeable and inspiring personalities while most guys reinforce the quiet loner or aging adolescent image. Everyone loves a plucky mom balancing sport and family. People don't understand a quiet man that lives in an altitude chamber and requires a 3 hour daily nap.
If she does train a lot with On, I think this is great news for Dani Jones, Alicia Monson et al. She has incredible credentials and experience. Can't help but think she can help some of the younger athletes.

Dani Jones isn't part of OAC, you're thinking of Sage Hurta
Age 32 years from wiki.
She is at the end of her carrer anyway.
I'm eager to follow the progress of new comers like Azrour

Correct, I knew something felt off as I typed it.

Perhaps, but 2nd (5K) and 4th (10K) at the Olympics along with promising road results (sub-1:05 Half) indicates she might have plenty left. She's also been very consistent with 14:25 or better in every year from 2016-2021. Could see her becoming a podium contender on the roads for the next few years.

Wait what? Why didn’t Rojo just reach out to Ritz directly or why didn’t he email you to reach out to Ritz? Why just post a thread on his message board if he already had the means to track down the info?
