Legit! 2:19:12. 16:25/32:45/49:14/1:09:40 half/1:22:35/1:39:14/1:55:42/2:12:08 40k
Incredible job pacing and incredible second half.
Scott Raczko is BACK!
And she won't be in the WC. Shame.

Why are you shocked? Anyone who follows the sport knows she's on fire and had a great shot to go for it after her US HM title last month. Not shocked at all.
Drug test is required for the record.
Two records? Course must be short

This is what I thought too...but who should she replace? Exciting times for US women marathoning these days!
Married, two kids, no professional contract, 37 years old and 2:19:12. Absolutely incredible!
She’s had a pro contract with Nike since late 2020.
Very impressive. I wonder how her lifetime mileage / aerobic training compares to other woman marathoners at their peak
LMAO, all the haters from yesterday’s thread go home devastated! Go Keira!
She’s dipping no doubt.
Also let’s be honest new shoe technology helps runners this days couple-few min in a marathon.
But still amazing performance for someone that left the sport and her age.

Appropriate handle.

Pretty sure that WMMs dope test everyone who wins prize money so she'll at least have been tested after Chicago

I've been actually really surprised by her Strava data as she seems to have run a peak mileage of only 130km in the lead up to this which is 82 miles. That seems really low for a marathoner of that caliber.

It's just a really fast course if the weather cooperates. There's only a few hundred feet of elevation, and none of it is more than a gradual 10 feet at a time. There very little turning either. The half course basically feels like running on a track.
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
Des Linden: "The entire sport" has changed since she first started running Boston.
Matt Choi was drinking beer halfway through the Boston Marathon
