Oh well end if that career
I was going to say the same thing. With the single exception of Josh Kerr Brooks Beasts is where good athletes go to die.

Not a huge fan of Danny Mackey as a coach but your comment just isn’t true. Kidder has made a world final and was 4th at the trials, Wynne ran 3:34 & 3:50 and Allie B broke 15. They have the same success rate as most groups tbh
That's awesome! I expect him to fit right in with that group and have an excellent Olympiad.

Good points. What trials was Kidder fourth at? In the 2021 OTs Harris was 4th in the 800 and Engels was 4th in the 1500.
For his training style I think Brooks Beasts is actually a good move. The Beasts aren’t for 99% of people but Harris’ training actually blends in really nice.
Is Windle still with the group? They're piling up the 800m guys so that could be a good training group and maybe get him back to the man he was in 2018
Not for 99% of people? Danny Mackey’s training appears pretty straightforward and well rounded. Or at least it’s not so extreme one direction or the other in terms of volume and intensity
Nice article about Harris in his hometown paper. https://www.sunjournal.com/2022/01/14/isaiah-harris-running-into-the-future-with-the-brooks-beasts/
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
